Big 12 sues Texas Tech, Texas AG over Sorsby

Before Brendan Sorsby decided to enter the NFL supplemental draft, the Big 12 Monday filed a suit seeking both a declaratory judgment and injunctive relief to allow the league the authority to use bylaws to potentially punish the Texas Tech quarterback.
