You can take the player out of Ohio State, but you can't take some of the Ohio State out of the player, especially when it comes to the disdain for all things Michigan.

>That certainly appears to be the case with former Buckeye receiver Bryson Rodgers, who entered the transfer portal after last season and ended up with Brian Hartline at USF. He should fit in nicely in Tampa, but one thing still remains based on a social media post this past week, and it appears to be his dislike for Michigan, no matter where he's going to be catching passes.

>In a post on "X" Thursday, Rodgers displayed his gold pants from the victory over the Wolverines this past season with a caption of "is still the team up north for life. buckeyes."

— Bryson Rodgers (@IBryson13) June 11, 2026It's never a good thing to lose a talented wide receiver from the program, but with the room the Buckeyes have, it's hard to fault Rodgers for looking for more playing time. Add this post for all of Buckeye Nation to see, and many Ohio State fans will still be rooting for the Tampa area product.
