Giants RB Cam Skattebo is cutting down on backflips. Here's why

New York Giants fans won't be seeing as much of running back Cam Skattebo's acrobatics this year – at least in training camp.

>Skattebo told reporters at Giants training camp on Friday, July 31 that he's going to stop attempting backflips off of the field for now. His signature celebration became a hot topic earlier in July after a video of a failed backflip attempt – just months removed from a severe ankle injury – went viral.

>"Obviously, I do some dumb things here and there," Skattebo said. "But I learn from it. My coach talked to me, told me how he felt, and I learned from it. Will I go do that backflip again? Probably not. We live and we learn, and we move on."
