>Christian Craanen, SMCC: Region Runner of the Year for both cross country and track and field; regional qualifier in wrestling; member of lacrosse team.

>Brock Cousino, SMCC: All-Region linebacker 67 tackles; special mention in All-Region in baseball; starter in basketball.
>Cam Dessellier, Milan: All-Region baseball 0.89 ERA; threw for 1,041 yards in football.
>Cam Fairchild, Dundee: All-Region receiver 44 catches, 653 yards, 8 TDs; All-Region baseball .346 batting average, 1.76 ERA.

>Bella LaFountain, SMCC: Cross Country Runner of the Year; All-Region basketball 11.2 points, 4.9 rebounds, 3.2 assists per game; Region’s best time in 1,600 meters, second in 800 meters.
>Alivia LeBrun, Jefferson: All-Region basketball 13.5 points, 3.8 rebounds, 4.3 per game; All-Region softball .370, 25 RBI, 35 runs.

>Maddie Salenbien, Dundee: All-Region volleyball 203 kills, school-record 119 blocks; All-Region basketball 10.7 points, 8.3 rebounds per game; track and field state qualifier in 400 meters.
>Zoie Stubleski, Erie Mason: All-Region basketball 10.3 points and 6.8 rebounds per game; All-Region in softball with .486 average, 31 RBI; honorable mention All-Region in volleyball.
