Indiana (15-10) defeated Seattle (6-21), 110-97, on Friday at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana. 17,274 were in attendance for the WNBA game.
>The contest featured Caitlin Clark becoming the first player in WNBA history to record a 40-10 game, scoring a career-high 45 points and totaling 10 assists. She also recorded two rebounds, four steals and two blocks in 29 minutes.
>Clark converted 11-of-18 field goal attempts, 6-of-10 three-point attempts and 17-of-19 free throw attempts.
>Former Lady Vol Jordan Horston played 20 minutes for the Storm. She totaled two points, two rebounds and one assist. Horston converted 1-of-2 field goal attempts, while committing four personal fouls and two turnovers.
>Dominique Malonga led Seattle in scoring with 28 points. Kelsey Mitchell also scored 30 points for the Fever.
>Seattle outrebounded Indiana, 35-26. The Fever's largest lead of the contest was 17 points and Indiana led 66% of the game.
