Manchester United to start 2026/27 Premier League season against Hull City as Michael Carrick's side handed the easiest first six games; United host the first Manchester derby in September ahead of visits to Chelsea, Liverpool and Arsenal before the turn of the year

>Manchester United will begin their first full Premier League campaign under Michael Carrick away at Hull City on the opening weekend of the season.

>Carrick's side have been handed statistically the easiest opening six fixtures, facing another newly promoted team in Ipswich Town in their first game at Old Trafford.

>The Red Devils welcome Manchester City for the first Manchester derby of the season on Saturday, September 12, the same week as they make their return to the Champions League.

>United have to travel for their first meetings with Chelsea in October, Liverpool in November and Arsenal in December but have the luxury of facing them all at home in a 35-day period between January and February.

>Their final game of the season will see them host Fulham in a repeat of their final day fixture of the 2022/23 season.
