Matt Ponatoski, a Moeller High School football and baseball standout who committed to play quarterback for the Kentucky Wildcats, said the MLB draft in July remains his first option.

>Ponatoski appeared on a recent "Over-Slot Baseball" podcast, saying he wants to be a professional baseball player "as fast as possible," with his "option 1a" to be selected in the upcoming MLB draft, and college football as a second option.

>He didn't attend UK football summer workouts, per multiple reports.
