New York Giants 'promoted' Odell Beckham Jr. on Day 6 of training camp

After years of rumors and speculation, the New York Giants and Odell Beckham Jr. finally made the reunion official when they re-signed the fan favorite and former first-round pick at the beginning of June. Beckham knew from the start that he would have to work hard to make the roster and play regular-season football for the Giants again.

Offense struggled again, but most active day from Odell Beckham Jr. He was working with the first team offense alongside Darnell Mooney and Calvin Austin.

Yet it is the little things—getting open regardless of whether targets come his way and catching his teammates’ eyes through his leadership—that have helped him stand out so far.

Regardless of his star status and popularity among fans, he is determined to earn his roster spot and the playing time that comes with it.
