No team was more aggressive in its pursuit of a Super Bowl ring this offseason than the Los Angeles Rams. They struck blockbuster trades for Trent McDuffie and Myles Garrett, signed Jaylen Watson in free agency and revamped their special teams unit with new hires and signings.

>Though all of those moves help the Rams beyond just the 2026 season, they were all made to maximize their championship window right now with Matthew Stafford still under center. The question is, will Los Angeles’ aggression pay off? And if so, when?

>USA TODAY’s Tyler Dragon shared his early Super Bowl prediction for the upcoming season and he has the Rams hoisting the Lombardi Trophy at SoFi Stadium once again. Along the way, they take down the Philadelphia Eagles in the NFC title game, with Matthew Stafford throwing two touchdown passes to Davante Adams, who had been 0-5 in conference championships.

>In the Super Bowl, the Rams beat the Baltimore Ravens at SoFi Stadium.

The home field magic works in the Rams’ favor once again.

>Matthew Stafford, Puka Nacua, Davante Adams and the Rams’ high-powered offense shines in Super Bowl 61. Stafford throws for 255 yards and three touchdowns. While Nacua and Adams combined for 14 catches, 170 yards and three scores as the Rams ride the California love to a Super Bowl 61 title.

It would be another storybook ending for the Rams, who won the Super Bowl in their own building four years ago, right after trading for Stafford. This time, it’s the newly acquired Myles Garrett who helps deliver the Rams a ring in his first season with the team.

>Given the expectations for Los Angeles, it’s certainly looking like Super Bowl or bust in 2026, so anything short of a ring would be a major disappointment.
