OFFICIAL: Militao undergoes surgery to repair hamstring tear

Real Madrid have published a medical report on defender Eder Militao, who underwent surgery to repair the hamstring injury he suffered against Alavés.

class="has-text-align-none">Militao will be out around five weeks rehabbing from this surgery, so he will miss the upcoming FIFA World Cup. He should be ready to make his return for at least the bigger part of Real Madrid’s pre-season, which hasn’t been scheduled just yet.
