>Maye threw eight interceptions last season. This year, he had three in one game against the Seahawks and one against the Steelers, already bringing his regular-season total to four. When he’s on, the league has something to worry about. But when he’s reckless, he’s an easy target.

The Patriots need to establish a top receiverA.J. Brown was meant to be the golden goose for the Patriots, taking on multiple receptions per game. With him out due to injury, there isn’t a consistent receiver Maye can rely on. He threw to nine different receivers against the Steelers.
