Pavlović praises “unbelievable” Undav after Germany’s 2-1 comeback win

Aleksandar Pavlović hailed Deniz Undav as “unbelievable” after the VfB Stuttgart forward came on to score a brace and lead Germany to a 2-1 comeback win over Côte d'Ivoire at the World Cup on Saturday night.

>“It’s incredible that he came on and scored two goals," Pavlović said in the mixed zone after the game.

>“He already scored in the last game as well. He’s an unbelievable guy.”

>The 22-year-old central midfielder was naturally pleased with the victory, saying he believes it gives Germany another morale boost.

>“We’re all happy about the late win. It was a lot of fun at the end celebrating with the fans," he said.

>“It pushes us, brings us even closer together, and gives us a lot of motivation.”
