Moore was a key player under former Rangers manager Danny Rohl and new Light Blues boss Derek McInnes could do with his services. However, Spurs do not want the teenage sensation to return to Ibrox as they want him to have a new experience elsewhere.

They have added Dan Neil, Ivan Pandur, Ben Godfrey, Lawrence Shankland, Ross McCrorie, Cammy Devlin, Vanja Dragojevic and Olwethu Makhanya to their ranks so far this summer and are planning on more signings.
