'You make us laugh more than Barca!' - Atleti mock Real after £129m Alvarez bid

Real Madrid have revealed they have made a €150m (£129m) bid for Julian Alvarez; club president Florentino Perez promised to make an offer for a 'galactico' forward if he was re-elected; Alvarez is believed to be a top target for Barcelona

>"You make us laugh even more than Barcelona," said the official Atletico Madrid social media team as they mocked rivals Real Madrid after rejecting their £129m (€150m) bid for striker Julian Alvarez.
