San Francisco 49ers encounter more injuries in win vs. Miami Dolphins

The San Francisco 49ers dominated the Miami Dolphins in a blowout 35-13 win on Sunday, Sept. 20, but it wouldn't come without injuries to some of their players.

>Niners wide receiver Demarcus Robinson left Sunday's game after suffering an apparent lower leg injury. Robinson appeared to suffer a non-contact injury and was carted off after making a 20-yard reception in the 2nd quarter.

>He didn't return to the game and finished with three catches for 34 yards.

>The injuries didn't end there. They continued to pile up after Robinson.

>Rookie defensive lineman James Thompson Jr. injured his ankle. More defensive players went down as the contest went on.

>Fellow rookie Romello Height suffered a hand injury. Height, a defensive lineman, registered a sack and a tackle in the game. Cornerback Jack Jones suffered an foot injury.

>On the Dolphins side, rookie receiver Caleb Douglas suffered an ankle injury. Additionally, defensive end Rob Beal Jr. suffered a hamstring injury.
