Sauce Gardner and Tyler Warren appear to be heading in the right direction in their return from injury.
>On the Indianapolis Colts' first Week 8 injury report, both players were listed as limited participants. Of note, the Colts held a walkthrough on Wednesday, so this injury report is only an estimate of player availability.
>Gardner suffered a calf injury against the Tennessee Titans in Week 6 and did not play last week in Minnesota. Reports say that Gardner is considered week-to-week.
>Warren has missed the last two games working through a groin injury he sustained in practice prior to the Titans' matchup.
>We will see what the rest of the week holds for these key Colts players.
>Elsewhere on the injury report, Matt Goncalves (ankle), Anthony Gould (concussion), Drew Ogletree (knee), and Tim Smith (ankle) were limited.
>Justin Walley (knee) and Bryce Boettcher (groin) were non-participants. Walley exited this past Sunday's game, while Boettcher was inactive.
>CJ Allen (ankle) was a full participant after not playing on Sunday. Colts' DC Lou Anarumo said Allen was set to start in Minnesota prior to the ankle injury popping up.
