That’s the headline we’re going with, because I’m struggling to conjure up interest in what should’ve been a great Monday Night Football matchup.

class="wp-block-paragraph">Caleb Williams is out with a hamstring injury, Tyson Bagent only just cleared concussion protocol and therefore hasn’t really practiced for Week 3, leaving Case Keenum to operate Ben Johnson’s offense tonight for the Chicago Bears home game against the Philadelphia Eagles.

class="wp-block-paragraph">Philadelphia is 2-0 and former Seattle Seahawks cornerback Riq Woolen is off to an excellent start, which is great for him. The Eagles offense has been its usual inconsistent self, but the defense for the most part has done the job and will get Jonathan Greenard back from injury. Chicago is 1-1 after losing Caleb Williams and the game to the Minnesota Vikings in Week 2. This could’ve been a Riq Woolen and Coby Bryant reunion, but Bryant is possibly out for the season with a knee injury.

class="wp-block-paragraph">The Seahawks will see these two teams later in the season: Week 8 vs. Chicago on MNF and Week 16 at Philadelphia in late December.
