See which Iowa State football players will be at 2026 Big 12 media day

We are just weeks away from Big 12 football media day. Which Iowa State players will represent the team for the annual event?

>The Cyclones announced their player representatives on June 26. There will be a quintet of players joining head coach Jimmy Rogers for his first Big 12 media day.

>Quarterback Jaylen Raynor, running back Aiden Flora, cornerback David Coffey, defensive end Isaac Terrell and kicker Kyle Konrardy will be in attendance for the Cyclones.

>Big 12 media day is returning to The Star in Frisco, Texas. The two-day event is slated to run July 7-8. The 16 conference teams will be divided into eight-team lineups for each day. Iowa State is scheduled for the second day on Wednesday, July 8. Both days will be broadcast live on ESPNU from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. CT.

>Raynor is the front-runner to be the Cyclones' starting quarterback this fall. A three-year starter at Arkansas State, Raynor provides experience after accumulating a 20-16 record under center, with a 62.9% completion rate for 8,694 yards, 52 touchdowns and 28 interceptions. He also ran for 1,183 career rushing yards and 15 touchdowns on 414 carries.

>Flora emerged as a fan-favorite for his effort on special teams. The former walk-on was named to the All-Big 12 second team as a returner last season. He had the clutch, game-winning punt-return touchdown at TCU, and he's projected to get a bigger role at running back.

>Coffey is a returning member of the defensive backfield. He played in nine games last season, including one start, and finished with 11 tackles and two pass breakups. During the April spring showcase, he appeared to take first-team defense reps at cornerback.

>Terrell is a Washington State transfer that will bolster Iowa State in the trenches. He was named the Pac-12 Top Defensive Line Performer of the Year last season, finishing with 28 tackles, including 12 for loss, with a team-high seven sacks, and one forced fumble.

>Rounding out the Cyclones' lineup is Konrardy, another returning fan-favorite. Last season, the standout kicker had a school-record 63-yard field goal against South Dakota, then followed up with the go-ahead, game-winning field goal against Iowa the following week. He was an All-Big 12 honorable mention last year.
