Sources: Yankees adding Ramos from Giants

The New York Yankees are finalizing a deal to acquire veteran Heliot Ramos, a 26-year-old left fielder who is hitting .265 this season with nine home runs and 34 RBIs this season, from the San Francisco Giants, sources told ESPN's Jeff Passan on Monday.
