Spurs play 'Hardball' in new H-E-B commercial to tip off the season

>Titled "Hardball," the 30-second ad features several Spurs players willing to trade their jerseys and sneakers for H-E-B brand snacks, courtesy one savvy kid who knows how to haggle with a bag of Bread and Butter Pickle flavored potato chips.

>The new spot stars Spurs guards Stephon Castle, De'Aaron Fox and Devin Vassell, plus Spurs forward Keldon Johnson and the Spurs Coyote, all lighter in the hoops-gear department. Observe.

>The new spot dropped Tuesday night, with more to come throughout the season. Fans can catch the ads on H-E-B's social media platforms.

>H-E-B and the Spurs have teamed up on commercials since 2004, highlighting current and former Spurs players as they flex their comedic chops for the grocery giant's must-have staples. And judging by this Instagram post, H-E-B and Spurs great Victor Wembanyama and Co. are fired up to see those H-E-B flour tortillas and Creamy Creations ice creams swish into shoppers' carts.
