— Pittsburgh Steelers (@steelers) October 24, 2026Pittsburgh will pair its white road jerseys with black pants from its Color Rush uniforms and black helmets for Sunday's matchup against the New Orleans Saints in Paris. The combination gives the Steelers a fresh variation on their traditional road look for a historic game in France.

>The Steelers have long been associated with their black jerseys, gold pants and black helmets. Their standard road uniforms switch the jersey to white, typically with gold pants. Sunday's matchup introduces a different pairing by bringing the black pants into the mix.

>The change has caught the attention of players who have already seen the design.

>Linebacker Nick Herbig said he likes the combination, while tight end Darnell Washington described the look as a departure from what Pittsburgh usually wears.

>The uniform switch also adds another layer to an international game that will put the Steelers' colors in front of a new audience. Pittsburgh is embracing the opportunity to represent the league in Paris while maintaining the recognizable elements of its uniform.

>For Herbig, the chance to play overseas is meaningful beyond the new gear.

>He said he feels honored to help showcase football to an international audience, making the Paris matchup an opportunity to represent the sport as well as the Steelers.
