Pittsburgh Steelers running back Jaylen Warren is as dynamic as they come, but the standout playmaker may have found a way to get even more explosive.

>According to DK Pittsburgh Sports, Warren has made an intentional change ahead of what's shaping up to be a big 2026 season — slimming down from 215 to 208 pounds.

>"Jaylen Warren said he's around 208 pounds right now, which is down 7 pounds from his listed weight of 215 pounds," DK Pittsburgh Sports reported. "That's not an accident, [Warren] saying, "I've definitely been taking this offseason seriously."

>Signing with the Steelers as an undrafted free agent following the 2022 NFL Draft, Warren quickly emerged as an offensive weapon, recording 3,859 yards from scrimmage during his first four years with Pittsburgh.

>Forming a terrifying running back duo opposite Rico Dowdle, Warren is clearly looking to make the most of this offseason, and his newfound playing size could make him more dangerous in 2026.
