England manager Thomas Tuchel has urged parents to allow their children to watch the Three Lions’ next World Cup match against Mexico at 1am BST.
>The Three Lions advanced to the final 16 after Harry Kane scored two goals against the DR Congo on Wednesday (1 July).
>Their next match against the tournament’s co-hosts at the Azteca Stadium kicks off in the early hours of Monday, when many children will be fast asleep.
>However, Tuchel said that school children should be allowed to stay up late on this one occasion.
>‘There’s so much school to go to but the World Cup is every four years. There will be a big, big match on in four days. We need the support of everyone, and especially of the children.’
