Tim Tebow messed up ‘one job’ before Broncos game, but fans still loved it

Tim Tebow returned to Denver Sunday for the Broncos' home opener to perform the ceremonial "Alumni Flag Plant," and he was also recognized during an on-field stoppage as the "Broncos' Legend of the Game".

>It was Tebow's first time back at Empower Field at Mile High since leading the Broncos' unforgettable win against the Pittsburgh Steelers in overtime during the 2011 playoffs. The crowd loved having Tebow back in orange and blue, but the flag "plant" didn't go quite as planned.

>As Tebow shared on his Instagram, "When your only job was to plant the flag ... I had one job... and I couldn't even do that."

>Fitting, since the last time Tebow was at Mile High, the Steelers weren't ready for him, either.
