‘We’re scary’ – Caitlin Clark shares what she likes about the Fever heading into the playoffs

>Indiana were most recently in action on September 22, taking on the Minnesota Lynx and securing a big win.

>They will play the Lynx again later this week before the playoffs get underway, and Clark has now been asked to share what she likes about her team heading into the competition, to which she said ‘we’re scary when we’re clicking’.

Caitlin Clark says Indiana Fever are ‘scary when we’re clicking’During the post-game press conference after the win over the Lynx, Clark was asked: “Caitlin, heading into the playoffs, what do you like about your team right now, and what concerns you?”

>The Fever player, who scored 27 points in the win, then shared: “Yeah, I mean, I think what I like is like, you know, we’re scary when we’re clicking.

>“Like, we’re the best offensive team in the league and we’ve shown moments where we can be really good defensively. I think, you know, I don’t think there’s areas of concern. I wouldn’t say that. Like, I feel very confident in everything and everybody that we have in this locker room.

>“And I think for us is just finding the level of consistency; like I said, like the third quarter, we eliminate that, and I think we’re a championship contender.”

The Indiana Fever, at the time of writing, have the highest average points in the WNBA this season (96.7).

>But their main problem in 2026 has been on the defensive end, which is why they are fifth in the actual table right now despite leading the points leaderboard.
