WNBA Finals live updates, Valkyries-Dream box score: Angel Reese, Atlanta look to extend 2-1 series lead over Gabby Williams, Golden State

The Atlanta Dream can take a big step toward the first championship in franchise history with a win in Saturday's Game 4 of the WNBA Finals.

style="text-align: left;">Angel Reese recorded another double-double with 21 points and 12 rebounds on Wednesday as the Dream took a 2-1 series lead over the Golden State Valkyries. The 24-year-old is the youngest player in WNBA history to drop three straight double-doubles in the championship series.

style="text-align: left;">The Valkyries are looking to send the best-of-seven series back home for Monday's Game 5 even at two games apiece. Natalie Nakase's team has to clean up how it handles the ball. Golden State committed a total of 36 turnovers in Games 2 and 3, which led to the Dream scoring 46 points.

style="text-align: left;">Easy baskets cannot be allowed when pursuing a title. The Dream have capitalized, and the Atlanta offense has progressively improved, scoring 64, 79 and 97 points, respectively, through three games.

style="text-align: left;">Game 4 of the 2026 WNBA Finals between the Valkyries and Dream will begin Saturday at 1 p.m. ET on NBC.
