>The Buffalo Bills continued their winning run on Sunday with a 24-16 win over the Los Angeles Chargers. Joe Brady’s team overcame a disastrous five-turnover performance to secure the win, although Brady took full responsibility for the costly mistakes.

>Head coach Brady did not shy away from accountability after the Bills repeatedly gave the ball away against the Chargers. He called the performance “unacceptable” and made it clear that he viewed the turnover issues as a direct reflection of his own coaching.

>“The house was on fire today. Yeah, I mean, that’s unacceptable. That’s purely a reflection of me, and I’m not doing good. You turn the ball over five times in a game. You’re not going to win many games, right?” Brady said.

>Brady also expressed his appreciation for the defense, which repeatedly rescued Buffalo from difficult situations and prevented the Chargers from turning those turnovers into a larger advantage.

>“Man, I’m so proud of the defense, just the way that, you know, their response with it. And you learn a lot like, hey, are we a front-running team? Do we have to have success early to sustain success, and how are we going to handle sudden changes? The defense kept us in the game earlier, right?” he added.

>The Bills were fortunate that the Chargers failed to fully capitalize on their repeated mistakes. According to ESPN, since 2010, teams that have committed five or more turnovers in a game have allowed an average of 32.7 points per game. Buffalo’s performance was also just the fourth instance in the past two decades in which a team committed five turnovers, still won, and allowed 16 points or fewer.

>With the win, the Bills improved to 3-0 on the season, while the Chargers fell to 0-3. Buffalo quarterback Josh Allen completed 16 of 26 passes for 204 yards without a passing touchdown, while Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert grabbed headlines with disappointing statistics.
