>"That's not soccer, that's not sports, that's not what we love," Macron said while receiving the French side at the Élysée Palace following their return from Budapest, according to French broadcaster BFMTV.

>"Thank you to our police officers and gendarmes; we will be unyielding with those who have been caught."

>The latest figures released by French Interior Minister Laurent Nuñez showed 780 people have been detained nationwide in the unrest, including some 480 in the Paris metropolitan area.

>In addition, at least 57 police officers were injured, with assessments of the incidents is ongoing.

>Authorities spoke of a 30% increase from last year when PSG won the Champions League for the first time.
