The 2026 World Cup is underway all across North America, but unfortunately for Bucks County residents, the two closest venues are considered some of the worst stadiums for soccer in the tournament, according to a study from SeatPick experts.
>MetLife Stadium in New Jersey was listed as the third-worst venue, while Lincoln Financial Field was the fourth-worst out of the 11 stadiums hosting 2026 World Cup games within the United States, as rated by SeatPick.
>To determine their rankings, seven factors such as beverage prices, hotel rates and mosquito risk were considered, and each of the venues was given a score out of 10.

>Lincoln Financial Field finished with a score of 6.44, just beating out MetLife's score of 6.32, two of only four venues to score below a 7.0 overall.
>The only two stadiums with worse rankings were NRG Stadium in Houston and SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles. Both of them scored below a 6.0.
>Gillette Stadium in Massachusetts was rated as the best experience with a score of 8.08.
>Outside of Gillette Stadium, the only other venue to score above an 8.0 was Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, while Mercedes-Benz Stadium just missed the mark with a 7.87.
