The trade value of every player in the NFL truly varies week to week. For most players, they can see their value rise and fall the way the sun does, but some break through that mold and are able to secure themselves at the top of the proverbial ladder.
>ESPN recently reviewed the trade value of the top stars on every NFL team. For the Vikings, ESPN's Bill Barnwell looked at the value of a handful of players. While some players saw great value listed like wide receivers Justin Jefferson and Jordan Addison, some saw their value diminished.
>One of those players was offensive tackle Christian Darrisaw. The franchise tackle of the Vikings has been up and down during his tenure with the team due to injury, and now his value finds itself not reaching a first-round level.
>"Darrisaw didn't look like his old self after returning from a multi-ligament knee injury, which would concern potential trade partners -- even for a player who appeared like he was becoming one of the league's better young left tackles."
>Darrisaw could not only bounce back on the field but also with his value in a strong 2026. Coming off the knee injury, he didn't look like himself in 2025, but a full year to recover for 2026 has him poised for big things.
>If expectations are met, look for his value to skyrocket.
