The Oregon Ducks have the second-best offensive rating in EA Sports College Football 27, boasting a 91 rating with Dante Moore returning to Eugene under center. The Ducks have stockpiled talent in playmaker positions for years, and this upcoming season could finally be an opportunity for it all to pay off.
